Also, a new floor was added for office use. Nature and art are emphasized in addition to Finnish and Swedish furniture choices. Bespoke pieces of furniture were designed for the premises, such as a set of lamps made of hand-blown glass. Situated by the sea and surrounded by tall pine trees, the cultural center is a place for collaboration, art, culture – and a truly good night’s sleep.
“The targets for our hotel business have been met and exceeded. Our hotel operation has grown because of the redesign. The restaurant renewal and new lobby bar have gained plenty of attention and diversified our offering as well as increased our turnover. KOKO3 oversaw the process throughout the project and immediately reacted to construction-phase changes, which made the project easy for us as the client to handle. The result is beautiful and caters perfectly to both staff and visitors. We have received plenty of positive feedback and media attention. We happily recommend KOKO3 for similar projects.”
