The co-operation with Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland, which cherishes the Finnish-Swedish cultural heritage, began with the renovation of the scholarly society’s offices and the clarification of its spatial identity. The same guidelines apply to the fair stand designed for SLS for the Helsinki Book Fair. The stand design pairs up SLS’s tradition with its modern operations. Display furniture and racks were also designed for selling books and other small items. The stand is reusable, with modularity, scalability, and storability as key features of the design.
