Teaming up once again with one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech-powered hospitality operators, Bob W, we had the pleasure of transforming this former 1970s office building in the heart of Helsinki. Rather than demolishing an underutilized property, the building was converted into a next-generation hospitality destination featuring 99 design-led apartments, a collaborative co-working space, and a rooftop terrace with a sauna overlooking the city.
In just 15 months, the results show how agile teams – across both design and construction – can achieve maximum impact in terms of cost-efficiency and sustainability when working together.

Bob W. Kamppi is full of custom design details our team designed for this property. At the core of this all there is this 70s-inspired roughness, lovely warm colors, patterns moving in the diagonal direction and Helsinki-based design from companies like Vaarnii, Lepo, Iittala and Ikimakee. And of course, plenty of vintage touches too. In the midst of it all, we feel there’s nothing better than laying your head on the pillow at night and explore the room art we did for You.
