Japanese and Finnish aesthetics intertwined
Hanko Sushi’s new interior concept is warm yet modern and derives from nature’s aesthetics. The features of Japanese and Finnish design intertwine in the interior with simple, high-quality elements. Earthy tones, clean lines, and natural materials like terracotta and birch create a serene environment. In the middle of the hustle and bustle, there’s a piece of nature and a moment of calm. The first restaurant to receive a makeover was Hanko Sushi in the Helsinki Stockmann department store.
